From 2012 to 2016, Vortex Canada spas were only sold online and we failed to deliver our products on time which was unacceptable for our customers . Since 2017 , our products are sold through a distribution network with units sitting at both our Canadian Facility in British Columbia and at factory warehouse to ensure that our customers get their products on time .

  4. Custom Order production time : 8-12 weeks
