Shipping policy

From 2012 to 2016, Vortex Canada spas were only sold online and we failed to deliver our products on time which was unacceptable for our customers . Since 2017 , our products are sold through a distribution network with units sitting at both our Canadian and factory warehouse to ensure that our customers get their products on time .

 

  1. Unit in Stock in our Canadian Warehouse : 1 week
  2. Unit in Stock at our Factory Warehouse : 3-5 weeks
  3. Unit requiring production time : 6-8 week

In most cases, the customer need to contact us prior of delivery . Since these item are heavy and oversized item , we need to do a site inspection first .

A contact person must be available to accept the shipment between the hours of 9am - 5pm. This contact person must be available to sign and confirm the items they have ordered as part of the shipment.
